Pastor David Green was first called to ministry when he was 12 years old. At that time his parents were attending West Angeles Church of God in Christ, located on Adams and 5th Ave, in Los Angeles California, Pastor by Elder Charles Blake.

Being a young teenager and traveling to various locations to speak was quite exciting for a while. Well as the teenager got older his interest in life began to change. It was some point in junior high when the young teenager found young girls his age more more interesting then church.

It was not long after this that High School started and working at Jack in the Box was his past time. His parents had separated a seem as though a new chapter in his life had begun.

In 1984 his mother started a church called Welcome Full Gospel in the heart of South Central Los Angeles, directly across the street from South Park. It was during this time that David realized that the calling on his life had not gone away; and the true battle for his soul was only just beginning because for sure understood the difference between right and wrong and sin and heaven.

Unfortunately for David he made some wrong decisions and found himself receiving a 24 year prison commitment. It was in the year 2000 that the Lord began to call on David again, it was during this time that complete surrender was giving over to the Lord.

David spent the next five years teaching and preaching in the prison system, he was assigned the duty of Chaplin clerk and conducted 3 to 4 services a week. the ministry within the prison system was on fire and plenty of men’s lives were changed and salvation as well as water baptism was done.

In 2005 Pastor David and his wife June began to minister in Perris California with his Dad and Mom, while residing in Littlerock CA. For those that do not know the terrain this was approximately a 200 mile trip each week because we were picking up a van full of people from Lancaster and Palmdale each week.

In 2006 we moved to Hesperia CA, while still attending service in Perris, around 2008 the duties of Pastoring the Perris church began to fall more and more on the shoulders of Pastor Green. In 2010 the lord saw fit to call Bishop Louie Andrus home.

In 2015 the Lord lead Pastor David to start a home base ministry in Hesperia. In 2016 the Way of the Cross church in Victorville CA was started and the High Desert Restoration Ministry had begun.

The church body quickly outgrew the Victorville location and were looking for a new building. It was by the divine fate that the building in Apple Valley had been delivered to their doorstep. The Apple Valley location opened it’s doors in September of 2017.

In 2019 God has blessed the ministry to open another location in Hemet CA. The work is still plentiful and the laborers are still few but the word of God remains the same yesterday, today and tomorrow to come. May his grace and mercy continue to keep all of us humble in all that we do.
